With the introduction of New Commerce Experience (NCE), CSP addon products are handled differently to legacy CSP addon products. Under legacy CSP in Prism Portal, addon products had to be attached to a parent product. Under NCE this has changed and there is no longer any requirement to attach an addon to a parent product. If you attempt to do this the order will fail. Instead, addons must be ordered as stand alone products.
To accommodate this change PrismConnect has been updated for NCE as of version 1.3.5. Addon products will now appear in the list of product SKUs when configuring products/services in WHMCS on the Module Settings tab. (Screenshot below).
